How do I take Fix N Flex™?
Fix N Flex™ is in powder form.  Mix it with water or your favorite drink.  Any drink, preferably NOT soft or hard drinks.


What are the best drinks to mix with Fix N Flex™?
We recommend mixing Fix N Flex™ with water, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, or any kind of juice.  Many people enjoy mixing it with orange juice. 

How many scoops of Fix N Flex™ do I take?
In the beginning, consult with the chart on the back of the can to determine the number of scoops necessary per day.  It is based on your weight and the severity of your pain. The recommended dosage must be taken for Fix N Flex™ to work properly.

What do I do when my pain goes away?
Decrease to 1-2 scoops per day on the Fix N Flex™ Pain Free Club for maintenance and have a pain free day!

Do I need to take the whole dose at one time, or can I take it throughout the day?
You may take it all at once, or you may spread it out throughout the day.  It does not matter; it is based on your preference.  If you take it all at once, and your body feels overloaded, try taking a scoop with each meal or snack.  Many prefer to take half in the morning and half in the afternoon or early evening.

Do I need to take Fix N Flex™ with other food?
You may take Fix N Flex with or without additional food.  It is up to you and your body.  If you have a sensitive stomach, we suggest taking it with some other food.

Is there anyone who should not take Fix N Flex™?
Fix N Flex™ is not for anyone who is allergic to shellfish, bee stings, olive tree pollen, or pineapple.  Please consult your physician for further questions or concerns regarding this matter.
